The newly released level-entry handset by Itel measures 169.6 x 79 x 9.3 mm and weighs 187g. It is made of a plastic rear panel, body frame, and glass front. Available in Midnight Black, Mint Green, and Digital Silver colours, Itel Vision 5 packs a punch with a water-drop display, rear-mounted fingerprint at the rear, and face unlock (dual security feature). The curved edges and 2.5D Curved Display give the handset a unique, sexy appeal. Three colours give you options on what to choose to match your personality.

Display

Installed on Itel Vision 5 is a 6.6-inch HD+ IPS LCD screen with a resolution of 720 x 1600 pixels and a 60Hz refresh rate. The 2.5D Curved Edge Display is quite impressive on the budget device but limited in providing the user optimal experience when consuming media and involved in intensive work that requires high display resolution and refresh rate.

Cameras

Itel Vision 5 has a primary camera set consisting of a 5MP selfie camera and a triple primary camera set-up (8MP + 0.3MP + AI) integrated camera. Both cameras provide decent shots but need more quality images and 1080p videos than other handsets within the budget range.

Itel Vision 5’s Operating System

An Android 12 OS (Go Edition) powers the Itel device.

It relies on a Unisoc SC9863A chipset, Octa-cores, 4×1.6 GHz Cortex-A55 & 4×1.2 GHz Cortex-A55 CPU and a PowerVR GE8322 GPU. Vision 5 model is paired with either 3GB RAM 32GB or 4GB 64GB storage, plus a microSD slot that can accept additional memory of up to 128GB via microSD.

The processing unit and memory space are sufficient for decent performance on essential functions. Still, the handset will need more RAM and ROM, which limits downloadable applications and software.

Network and Connectivity

Itel Vision 5 high-speed 4G network allows everyone to enjoy a faster and smoother experience when scrolling social media and short videos. At the same time, the multi-band 4G signal also brings a more stable calling experience.

The handset uses an outdated Micro USB port and a 3.5mm jack port at the top. It also comes installed with a 3.5mm jack port, loudspeaker, Bluetooth 4.2, A2DP, GPS, Micro USB 2.0 and Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Wi-Fi Direct, and hotspot for better connectivity and communication.

A rear-mounted fingerprint sensor enables more secure access to the phone.

Battery

A 5,000mAh non-removable battery powers Itel Vision 5. The battery can give you up to 8+ Hrs of web browsing, 112 Hours of Music Playtime and about 7.5 Hours of watching videos. You can use the 18W wired fast charger to recharge.
